What types of cleaning services do you offer?
Residential, small to medium offices/clinics, post renovation, move-in/out services, interior windows and first floor exterior windows.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you don’t need to be home during the cleaning. Many of our clients provide us with a secure way to access their home, such as a lockbox or code. We’ll make sure everything is locked up and secure when we’re done, so you can come back to a freshly cleaned space.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
We provide all our own cleaning products and supplies, using only safe, high-quality options. To maintain the highest hygiene standards and prevent cross-contamination, we do not bring vacuums, mops, or brooms — we kindly ask that clients provide those items for their home.
Can I request specific cleaning products or methods?
Yes, of course! If you have certain products or cleaning preferences, we’ll do our best to meet your request. Please let us know ahead of time so we can make sure your cleaning is tailored to your needs
Do you clean while pets are home?
Yes, we love pets! Our team is happy to clean while your pets are home, as long as they’re friendly and comfortable with visitors. If your pet is nervous or reactive, we recommend securing them in a separate area during the cleaning.
How do you determine your prices?
Our pricing is based on the size of your home, the package you choose, and the amount of time required to complete the cleaning. This ensures you receive a fair and accurate rate tailored to your specific needs
Do you offer free estimates or quotes?
Yes! We offer a free estimate and consultation to help you choose the right cleaning service for your home. It’s a great way to discuss your needs and get a clear, no-obligation quote.
Are there contracts or can I book one-time cleanings?
You’re welcome to book a one-time cleaning anytime! For discounted recurring services, we ask for a three-month commitment so we can provide consistent, reliable service while offering the best value.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept e-transfers, credit cards, and cash payments. Payment is typically due upon completion of the cleaning unless otherwise arranged.
Are there cancellation fees?
We understand that plans can change. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning. Cancellations within less than 24 hours may be subject to a $25 fee. Rescheduling is always possible, and we’ll work with you to find a convenient time.
How do I book a cleaning?
Booking a cleaning is easy! You can schedule a service by calling us directly or sending us an email. We’ll confirm your appointment and discuss any special requests to ensure your cleaning is tailored to your needs.
Can I choose a specific day and time?
Yes! You can choose the day and time that works best for you. Please note that we are closed on Sundays and Mondays, so appointments can be scheduled from Tuesday through Saturday.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?
If you need to schedule, reschedule, or cancel an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Last-minute cancellations may incur a small fee. We’ll always do our best to find a new time that works for you.
Do you offer recurring cleaning services?
Yes, we offer recurring cleaning services. To make it even better, clients who schedule regular cleanings are eligible for a discount, helping you keep your space consistently clean at a great value.
What areas do you service?
We service Guelph, Elora, Kitchener, Cambridge, Waterloo, Puslinch, Rockwood. Please contact us for any locations not listed above. We may be able to accommodate.
Are your cleaners insured and bonded?
Yes, all our cleaners are fully insured and bonded. This ensures your home is protected and gives you peace of mind while we provide our cleaning services.
What happens if something is damaged during cleaning?
While our team takes the utmost care, accidents can happen. If any damage occurs during a cleaning, we will promptly assess the situation and work with you to resolve it fairly. Our insurance coverage helps ensure you are protected.
